Add module license file into Origin
Minimum Origin Version Required: Origin 8.1 SR0

The Developer Kit is a utility that allows users to build complex dialog boxes, floating tools, and wizards for Origin. However, before access to the Developer Kit, a valid license from OriginLab to activate the Developer Kit is needed. This X-Function is used to activate the Developer Kit with the valid license.
