The ANOVATwoWayRM Dialog Box
Recalculate
Specifies the way to recalculate and update the value if there is any change in the input data.
| None |
The output will not be connected to the source data and any changes to the source data will not result in an update of the result columns.
|
| Auto |
The results automatically update when source data changes.
|
| Manual |
The output will not automatically update when the source data changes. You will have to manually initiate the update.

Input Data
Specify the input data range.
There is two drop down list to control the Input Data. You can select one of them to set the input data range. And the input data range must follow the balanced design.
| Input Data |
Indexed |
In this mode, one column contains subjects, one column storages the corresponding data of the factors, the other two columns contains levels of the repeated measured factor variables.
-
Factor A
- Specify the first factor column
-
Factor B
- Specify the first factor column
-
Data
- Specify the response data column
-
Subject
- Specify the subject column
|
| Raw |
In this mode, response data from each level of the factor variable are stored in a separate column
-
Factor A
-
Name
- Default = Factor A
- Specify the first factor name
-
Repeat
- Specify whether this factor is variable with repeated measures
-
Number of Levels
- Default = 2
- Specify the level number of Factor A. Note that the system variable @AML can be used to control the max number of supported levels for ANOVA, which is 10 by default. You can change the maximum number of levels by assinging new values to the @AML variable.
-
Level1 name
- Default = Factor A Level1
- Specify the level names of Factor A
-
Level2 name
- Default = Factor A Level2
- Specify the level names of Factor A
-
Factor B
-
Name
- Default=Factor B
- Specify the second factor name
-
Repeat
- Specify whether this factor is variable with repeated measures
-
Number of Levels
- Default = 2
- Specify the level number of Factor B. The system variable @AML is to control the max number of supported levels for ANOVA, which is 10 by default. It can be changed by assignment in the command window.
-
