Sketch Submission Guidelines

If you're having trouble creating the look you want in your Origin graph, you can submit a sketch and we'll create it for you. In addition to providing you with the graph, we'll provide you with instructions on how to create the graph in the future. To submit your sketch:

• Fill out the Sketch Submission Form (PDF) and fax it to: 866-625-0198

• Scan your image and e-mail it to us
  (Note: A link is provided that allows you to attach the image file to your correspondence using our General Contact form.)
